单只燃烧器火焰状态的数字化检测和精确调整的实现

摘要 在现有的火焰检测系统中,大多只对有火或无火状态进行判断,缺乏详细的火焰状态数字化检测信息,燃烧器的精确调整更是难以实现。针对以上这些问题,设计了火焰状态数字化检测和精确调整系统。该系统通过风速自动标定、火焰状态智能检测、一次风粉热态自动均衡控制,实现对单只火焰状态的精确调整,为解决燃烧不稳、燃烧器烧损、局部偏烧等问题提供新的思路和手段。 In the existing flame detection systems,most of them only judge whether there is fire or no fire,and it is difficult to realize the accurate adjustment of burner due to the lack of detailed digital detection information of flame state.To solve these problems,a digital flame detection system was designed.Through automatic calibration of wind speed,intelligent detection of flame state and automatic balance control of primary air powder thermal state,the system can realize accurate adjustment of single flame state,and provide new ideas and means for solving problems such as unstable combustion,burning loss of burner and partial partial partial burning.
