摘要
论文从大学生信贷使用行为角度分析校园信贷使用影响因素,为信贷企业提高信贷产品质量、重视大学生体验提供参考意见。文章基于UTAUT模型,引入企业声誉、平台质量、政府态度等变量对模型进行修正,构建大学生信贷使用影响因素模型,并运用结构方程模型对收集的206份有效大学生问卷调查数据进行路径分析。研究发现绩效期望、社群影响以及便利条件对大学生使用校园信贷产品行为产生较大的正影响;努力期望、感知风险和平台质量的负向影响较小,企业声誉对大学生使用校园信贷产品没有影响。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students’credit use from the angle of students’credit use behavior,and provides reference for credit enterprises to improve the quality of credit products and attach importance to college students’experience.Based on the UTAUT model,this paper modifies the model by introducing the variables of enterprise reputation,platform quality and government attitude,and constructs the influencing factor model of college students’credit use,the structural equation model was used to analyze the data collected from 206 valid questionnaires of college students.The results show that performance expectation,community influence and convenience condition have significant positive effects on college students’behavior of using campus credit products,while effort expectation,perceived risk and platform quality have less negative effects,corporate reputation has no effect on college students’use of campus credit products.
