摘要
根据现有的标准对车速有着各种各样的鉴定方法,随着监控设备越来越多的投入使用,利用视频进行车速鉴定便是我们相对较为简便及精确的一种方式,但是由于现存监控视频材料的清晰度及平稳度等条件在部分时候不能满足我们的要求。于是文中介绍了几种方法,可以在视频材料无法准确选点的同时作为补充方法验证车速。
According to the existing standards,there are various methods of vehicle speed identification.With more and more monitoring equipment,using video to identify vehicle speed is more simpler and more accurate.However,due to the clarity and stability of existing monitoring video materials,they may not meet our requirements.So we introduce several ways which can be used as a supplementary method to verify the vehicle speed.
