摘要
公安专业人才的核心素养研究,是新时代社会发展的客观要求,是教育改革创新的必然选择,是公安工作进步的现实呼唤。公安专业人才核心素养可概括为忠诚与服务素养、民主与法治素养、学习与创新素养、合作与交流素养、信息与情报素养。在培养公安专业人才核心素养过程中,要把坚持立德树人作为根本任务,把推进素质教育作为根本途径,把深化教育改革作为根本策略,把有效协同育人作为根本方法。
The research on the core quality of police professionals is the objective requirement of social development in the new era,the inevitable choice of educational reform and innovation,and the realistic call for the progress of police work.The core qualities of police professionals can be summarized as loyalty and service,democracy and rule of law,learning and innovation,cooperation and communication,and information and intelligence.In the process of cultivating the core qualities of police professionals,we should regard adhering to morality and cultivating people as the fundamental task,promoting quality education as the fundamental approach,deepening educational reform as the fundamental strategy,and effectively cooperating in educating people as the fundamental method.
