摘要
目的探讨集束化管理在多重耐药菌治疗中的管理效果及对依从性的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年1月在本院接受治疗的患者76例,随机数字法分为两组,各38例。对照组应用常规管理,研究组集束化管理;对比两组应用不同管理后对医院人员知晓率、依从率、正确率以及患者感染率、病死率及治愈率的影响,通过结果分析集束化管理的应用价值。结果研究组医护人员知晓率、依从率、正确率分别为92.1%、94.7%、94.7%,均高于对照组76.3%、78.9%、73.7%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组感染率、病死率分别为10.5%、2.6%,均低于对照组28.9%、13.2%,治愈率为15.8%,高于对照组7.9%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多重耐药菌治疗中的管理,应用集束化管理的效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster management in the treatment of multi-drug resistant bacteria and its impact on compliance.Methods 76 patients who were treated at our hospital from May,2018 to January,2020 were selected,and divided into a control group and a study group by the random number method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group were routinely managed;and the study group took cluster management.The awareness rates,compliance rates,and accuracy rates of the medical staff as well as the infection rates,mortalities,and cured rates were compared between the two groups.The value of cluster management was analyzed.Results The awareness rate,compliance rate,and accuracy rate of the medical staff and the cured rate were higher and the infection rate and mortality rate were lower in the study group than in the control group(92.1%vs.76.3%,94.7%vs.78.9%,94.7%vs.73.7%,15.8%vs.7.9%,10.5%vs.28.9%,and 2.6%vs.13.2%;all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster management in the treatment of multi-drug resistant bacteria is ideal and should be further popularized in clinical practice.
