摘要
脑-机接口(BCI)是在人大脑与计算机之间建立的一种通路或联系,分为侵入性与非侵入性两类。BCI通过对大脑信号的采集,获取的脑电信号分析、提取及解码,按大脑思维意图进行信息交流与互动。通过运动皮质的电信号活动,利用其外接设备再反馈刺激大脑皮质中枢,翻译给脑卒中的患者,通过中枢和外周神经传递给康复患者,就可据不同患者病情设置驱动方式、运动控制,实现个性化训练及智能交互的神经康复,以提高脑卒中患者的运动、感觉、认知、言语交流及日常生活活动等能力,并指导临床,提高治疗的靶向性。
Brain computer interface(BCI)is a pathway or connection between human brain and computer,which can be divided into two types:invasive and non-invasive.BCI collects brain signals,analyzes,extracts and decodes the obtained EEG signals,and conducts information exchange and interaction according to brain thinking intention.Through the electrical signal activity of motor cortex,the external equipment is used to re-feed back and stimulate the center of cerebral cortex,translate it to patients with stroke,and transmit it to rehabilitation patients through central and peripheral nerves,so as to set up the driving mode and motor control according to different patients'conditions,and realize personalized training and intelligent interactive neural rehabilitation.In order to improve the ability of movement,feeling,cognition,speech communication,and daily life activities of stroke patients,the clinical practice should be guided and the targeted treatment improved.
