摘要
茅山青锋是江苏省级地方名茶之一,因其状如青锋宝剑,且产于茅山茶区而得名。作为旗枪茶的一种,其叶片坚硬挺直,又因该茶叶产于抗日战争时期,同时其创始人——民族企业家纪振纲先生于后方"以茶业救国",故赋予了茅山青锋刚健之美。茅山青锋的茶汤绿润通透,茶叶如青锋宝剑沉入水中,彰显着含蓄蕴藉的美感。茅山青锋集中体现了中国茶文化核心观念之一的"和"之美。
Maoshan Qingfeng is one of the famous local tea in Jiangsu province(A Kind of Famous Tea in South China).It is named for its shape,which is like Qingfeng sword and it is produced in Maoshan tea area.As a kind of green tea,its leaves are hard and straight.Since the tea was produced during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,and its founder,national entrepreneur Ji Zhengang,"saved the country with tea industry",Maoshan Qingfeng is endowed with the vigorous beauty.Maoshan Qingfeng’s tea soup is green and transparent,its tea leaves are like swords sinking into the water,which shows the implicit aesthetic feeling.Maoshan Qingfeng embodies the beauty of"harmony",which is one of the core concepts of Chinese tea culture.
