摘要
目的 探讨输尿管软镜碎石术(retrograde intrarenal stone surgery,RIRS)同期治疗双侧上尿路结石对患者免疫功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析2018-01—2020-01间新乡市中心医院泌尿外一科行RIRS治疗的80例双侧上尿路结石患者的临床资料.将同期施术的患者作为同期组,将分期施术的患者作为分期组,各40例.比较2组患者的基线资料、手术指标,以及术后免疫功能、结石清除率和并发症.结果 观察组总手术时间及总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后2组CD3^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组结石清除率及术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 RIRS同期治疗双侧上尿路结石,不会对患者的免疫功能造成较大影响,而且能减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担,是安全、可行性的治疗方案.
Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopic lithotripsy(retrograde intrarenal stone surgery,RIRS)on the immune function of bilateral upper urinary calculi.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with bilateral upper urinary calculi treated by RIRS in Xinxiang Central Hospital from 2018-01 to 2020-01 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated as the same group,and the patients were treated as the staging group,40 cases each.baseline data,surgical indicators,and postoperative immune function,stone clearance and complications were compared between the 2 groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observat ion group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05);The levels of CD3^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in two groups after sur-gery were lower than those before surgery,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05);After surgery,there was no statistical differ-ence in the levels of CD3+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+between two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistical difference in the stone clearance rate and the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion RIRS treatment of bilateral upper urinary calculi at the same time,it will not have a great impact on the immune function of the patients,and can alleviate the pain and economic burden of the patients.which is a safe,viable treatment.
