摘要
混凝土生产过程中会产生大量废水、废渣和废弃混凝土,既污染环境,也造成资源巨大浪费。本文依据绿色化和系统化理念,系统设计了泥浆水、再生清水、雨水,废渣、废弃混凝土回收利用技术体系。以中等规模混凝土搅拌站为例,经绿色化治理后每年新增环保直接经济效益约70余万元,间接经济效益和社会效益也非常突出。
A great deal of waste water,waste residue and waste concrete are produced in the concrete production process.It not only pollutes the environment,but also causes huge waste of resources.According to the concept of greening and systematization in this paper,the technical system for the recovery and utilization of mud water,reclaimed clear water,rain water,waste residue and waste concrete is designed.Take a medium-sized concrete mixing plant as an example,after the greening treatment,the direct economic benefit of environmental protection is more than 700,000 Yuan per year,and the indirect economic benefit and social benefit are also very outstanding.
