摘要
在分析工业革命4.0时代知识产权制度发展趋势的基础上,探讨了中国知识产权保护工作面临的挑战及原因,并提出了完善支持工业技术创新的知识产权保护建议:政府要在法治上完善对工业知识产权的保护、企业要制定以创新为目标的知识产权战略、推进企业与科研机构工业知识产权转化利用、鼓励企业积极参与知识产权保护的国际合作。
In the era of industrial revolution 4.0,the innovation of industrial manufacturing based on Internet information technology led to the scarcity of intellectual property system resources,and the digital development involved in the fusion of industrial manufacturing with the Internet put forward higher requirements for the protection of industrial intellectual property rights and networks.In the face of the great achievements made in the construction of China’s intellectual property protection system,the article also looks squarely at and pays attention to the existing problems and causes of China’s intellectual property protection work in the context of industry 4.0,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the protection of intellectual property rights in support of industrial technological innovation.
