摘要
为了评价蛋鸡场常用消毒剂的消毒效果,本研究进行17种消毒剂对大肠杆菌、沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌最小杀菌浓度的比较,在此基础上选取9种性价比较高的消毒剂进行定量杀菌试验,比较不同浓度有机物干扰下,9种消毒剂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果。结果:在无有机干扰物的情况下,戊二醛癸甲溴铵、新欧福、百敌克、月苄三甲氯铵、安立消5 min即可对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率达到100%。不同浓度的有机干扰物对消毒剂杀菌作用的干扰程度不同,其中新欧福、百敌克、百能、月苄三甲氯铵受有机干扰物影响较小;戊二醛癸甲溴铵抗干扰能力较弱。在同种有机干扰物浓度下,金黄色葡萄球菌比大肠杆菌更难杀灭。结论:月苄三甲氯铵、百敌克、安立消、新欧福性价比较高,抗有机物干扰的能力较强。
In order to evaluate the efficacy of the common disinfectants in the laying hen farms,17 kinds of disinfectants commonly used in the laying hen farms chosen for the present study were selected to compare their minimum bactericidal concentration against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella.Nine kinds of disinfectants with high cost performance were selected for quantitative germicidal test.The germicidal efficacy of the nine disinfectants against E.coli and S.aureus was compared in different time periods with different concentrations of organic interfering agents.The results were as follows:S.aureus was more difficult to kill than E.coli under the same concentration of organic disruptors.In the absence of organic interferences,glutaraldehyde-decmethonium bromide,xinoufu,baidike,benzyl trimethylamine chloride,and anlixiao killed E.coli and S.aureus by 100%.In the presence of organic disruptors,the interference degree of different concentrations of organic disruptors in the germicidal efficacy of disinfectants was different;among the disinfectants,xinoufu,baidike,baineng and benzyl trimethylamine chloride were less affected by organic disruptors.The anti-interference ability of glutaraldehyde-decmethonium bromide was weak.It was more difficult to kill S.aureus than E.coli at the same concentration of organic disruptors.To sum up,the disinfectants benzyl trimethylamine chloride,xinoufu,baidike and yuebenzyltrimethyl ammonium chloride had higher cost performance and better disinfection efficacy.
