摘要
知识与企业竞争力之间的关系一直是人们持续关注的问题。本文基于知识定义,深入剖析企业知识构成,从理论上探讨知识与企业竞争力之间的关系,进一步选取医药、汽车和计算机通信3个行业2012~2018年387家上市公司样本数据对二者关系进行实证分析。研究表明:(1)企业通过反复循环的再生产过程,形成“通用性知识-专用性知识-专有性知识”3层次知识结构,实现企业的知识进化,使竞争力不断提升;(2)3个行业的通用性知识、专用性知识、专有性知识均与企业竞争力呈显著正相关关系,且经过内生性处理后的结果依然是稳健的;(3)不同行业知识对企业竞争力的影响程度不同。其中,计算机通信通用性知识、专用性知识对企业竞争力贡献度最大;医药专有性知识对企业竞争力贡献度最大;汽车3类知识对企业竞争力贡献度均最小。
Relationship between knowledge and enterprise competitiveness has always been a constant concern.Based on knowledge definition,this paper deeply analyzes the structure of enterprise knowledge,theoretically discusses the relationship be⁃tween knowledge and enterprise competitiveness,and further selects the sample data of 387 listed companies from 2012~2018 in pharmaceutical,automobile and computer communication to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between them.The re⁃search shows that:(1)enterprises form a three-level knowledge structure of“general knowledge-specific knowledge-proprietary knowledge”through repeated recycling reproduction process,and realize the knowledge evolution of the enterprise,and the com⁃petitiveness is continuously improved.(2)The general knowledge,specific knowledge and proprietary knowledge of the three in⁃dustries are significantly positively correlated with the enterprises competitiveness,and the results after endogenous treatment are still robust.(3)There are differences in the degree of influence of different industry knowledge on the enterprises competitiveness.Among them,the general knowledge and specific knowledge of computer communication have the greatest contribution to enterprises competitiveness;the proprietary knowledge of pharmaceutical has the greatest contribution to enterprises competitiveness;the three types of knowledge in automobile have the least contribution to enterprises competitiveness.
