摘要
本文设计了一款具有多重保护功能的高压配电盒,其安全和可靠性高。通过设计高压互锁功能,提高电动汽车高压用电安全;通过设计高压配电盒开盖保护开关,保证维修和用电安全;通过在各个高压回路设计熔断器,避免各回路因过流、短路问题造成的零部件损坏;高压配电盒盖子通过设计密封垫密封,外部采用防水接插件等,使其防护等级达到IP67。
This paper design a power distribute unit with multiple protection function,it has high safety and reliability.By designing interlock function,to improve high voltage electricity safety of the car;By designing the protection switch of the power distribute unit,to ensure the safety of the electricity and maintenance;By desiging fuse in high voltage circuit,to avoide the damage of componentes by over current and short circuit.By designing the gasket and useing waterproof connectors,to make the power distribute unit reach IP67 degree.
