摘要
以"扶志扶智"为导向,因地制宜,将民族地区纺织非物质文化遗产资源与高校人才培养结合起来,为四川少数民族培养非物质文化遗产传承人,是实现精准扶贫从"输血"到"造血"的重要途径。在非遗传承人培训过程中,结合民族地区非遗传承现状,在培训课程体系上实施"理实一体化"教学,构建"文化+实践+创新"三模块培训体系;师资队伍上实施"大师+教授"教学,建立纺织非遗技能大师工作室与现代学徒制相结合教学团队;在平台载体搭建上,通过"非遗研培计划",为非遗传承人提供免费系统培训及后续帮扶,助推民族地区传承人提升文化素质,实现就业创业。
Guided by the principle of"supporting the spirit and supporting the wisdom",and taking measures according to local conditions,colleges and universities should combine textile intangible cultural heritage resources in ethnic minority areas with personnel training in colleges and universities,so as to train inheritors of intangible cultural heritage for Sichuan ethnic minorities,which was an important way to realize targeted poverty alleviation from"blood transfusion"to"blood-making".In the training of non-genetic inheritors,combining with the current situation of non-genetic inheritors in ethnic areas,"integration of truth and reality"teaching was implemented in the training course system,and a three-module training system of"culture,practice&innovation"was constructed.In terms of teaching staff,"master+professor"teaching was implemented,and a teaching team was established combining master studio of textile intangible cultural heritage skills with modern apprenticeship.In terms of platform carrier construction,"intangible cultural heritage research and training plan"was adopted to provide free systematic training and follow-up support for non-genetic inheritors,so as to promote cultural quality improvement of inheritors in ethnic minority areas and realize employment and entrepreneurship.
