摘要 根据混纺纱中组分纤维的强伸性能确定合理的混纺比,以获得质量优异的混纺纱意义重大。介绍了混纺纱强度和伸长与各组分纤维本身的拉伸性能、混纺比之间的理论表达式,通过对不同混纺比的拉伸细化羊毛/羊绒混纺纱、竹浆纤维/棉混纺纱、聚乳酸/棉混纺纱的拉伸试验与理论模型进行了验证对比。结果表明:混纺纱强力的理论模型与实测混纺纱强力基本符合,该模型能够较好地反应混纺纱强力随混纺比的变化趋势,可用来预测混纺纱的拉伸性能,指导实际生产。 It was of great significance to determine the reasonable blending ratio according to the strength and elongation of the component fibers of the blended yarn,to obtain the blended yarn with excellent quality.The theoretical expressions between the strength and elongation of the blended yarn and the tensile properties and the blending ratio of each component fiber were introduced.The tensile experiments and theoretical models of different blending ratios of the stretched fine wool/cashmere blended yarn,bamboo pulp fiber/cotton blended yarn and PLA/cotton blended yarn were compared.The results showed that the theoretical model of blended yarn strength was basically in accordance with the measured strength of blended yarn.The model could better reflect the change trend of blended yarn strength with blending ratio,and could be used to predict the tensile properties of blended yarn and guide the actual production.
