MIPO技术治疗成人复杂锁骨中段骨折的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创钢板接骨术(Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesi,MIPO)治疗成人复杂锁骨中段骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月就诊于本院的80例复杂锁骨中段骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。实验组行MIPO术,对照组行常规切开复位内固定治疗。比较两组围术期指标、肩关节功能,并发症情况。结果实验组术中透视时间、手术时间长于对照组,住院时间、手术切口长度、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术后疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后肩臂手功能障碍评分量表(DASH)、Constant-Murly评分以及骨不连、局切口感染、皮下钢板明显突出发生率比较差异无统计学意义;实验组肥厚性瘢痕、局部皮肤感觉障碍发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人复杂锁骨中段骨折行MIPO术治疗,具有疼痛轻、切口小、并发症少、骨折愈合时间短等优势,可有效缩短患者住院时间。
