摘要 近年来,我国迎来了高速公路里程的稳步增长期,但是高速公路历程的增长也让高速公路的通畅度受到了影响,这是因为出行车辆越来越多,而高速公路的收费站在收费的过程中会影响车辆的通行效率,因此出现了ETC系统。作为目前比较先进的收费手段,它能够大大提升车辆的通行速度,因为ETC收费系统是一种技术成熟的收费方式,对缓解收费站拥堵以及提高城际间生产要素、生活要素的配置效率有显著效果,因此受到国家与公民的青睐。本文从高速公路ETC收费系统的发展切入,对ETC系统的架构、功能进行分析,并且对其发展应用进行了详细论述,以此来提升公众对ETC的了解,促进ETC收费系统在我国的发展。 In recent years,China has ushered in a period of steady growth of expressway mileage,but the growth of Expressway course also affected the smoothness of expressway.This is because there are more and more vehicles,and the toll station of e xpressway will affect the traffic efficiency of vehicles in the process of charging,so etc system appears.As a relatively advanced charging method,etc can greatly improve the speed of vehicles,because etc charging system is a mature charging method,which has a significant effect on easing congestion at toll stations and improving the allocation efficiency of production factors and living factors between cities,which is favored by the state and citizens.This paper starts from the development of etc toll collection system of expressway,analyzes the structure and function of ETC system,and discusses its development and application in detail,so as to enhance the public's understanding of etc and promote the development of etc charging system in China.
