摘要
2019年底,全球爆发了一种新型病毒,并迅速向全球蔓延,对我国造成了严重的影响。恰逢此次疫情发生在春节前夕,处于人员流动的高峰期。便捷的交通又为此次疫情提供了传播途径,一些已感染的人群成为病毒的载体,从而造成全国性的公共卫生安全事件。为了防止日后出现类似事件,防疫工作不仅要从病毒源头进行处理,还要从病毒传播途径、防控监测病毒传播入手,尤其要对人流量较大的公共交通场所进行严格把控,防止病毒通过便捷的交通跨区域传播。本文以火车站为例,对智能门禁重新定位:对进站人员的体温进行监测、识别身份、对随行行李进行消毒的一体化设计,严格控制病毒在公共场所进行传播,提高“智防”能力。
At the end of 2019,a new type of virus broke out in the world and spread rapidly to the world,causing serious impact on China.The outbreak happened on the eve of the Spring Festival,at the peak of personnel flow.The convenient transportation provided the transmission way for the epidemic,and some infected people became the carriers of the virus,which caused the national public health and safety incidents.In order to prevent similar incidents in the future,the epidemic prevention work should not only deal with the source of the virus,but also start with the route of virus transmission,prevention and control and monitoring of virus transmission.In particular,we should strictly control the public transport places with large flow of people to prevent the virus from spreading across regions through convenient traffic.This paper takes the railway station as an example,repositioning the intelligent entrance guard:monitoring the temperature of the personnel entering the station,identifying the identity,disinfecting the accompanying luggage,strictly controlling the spread of virus in public places,and improving the ability of"intelligent prevention".
