摘要
超声测量视神经鞘直径(optic nerve sheath diameter,ONSD)评估颅内压变化已有近30年的研究。文章首先介绍了ONSD的解剖基础,并对超声测量ONSD技术的操作方法进行说明;随后着重对ONSD与颅内高压的相关性、阈值及影响因素的国内外相关研究展开综述,同时对超声测量ONSD技术的优势及局限性进行分析;最后对超声测量ONSD作为一种筛选和连续监测颅内压(intracranial pressure,ICP)变化的工具在临床工作中的应用前景进行一系列的探讨。
The use of ultrasound to measure optic nerve sheath diameter(ONSD)for evaluating intracranial pressure changes has been studied for nearly 30 years.First,this review introduces the anatomical structure of the optic nerve sheath(ONS)and explains the operation method of ultrasonic measurement of ONSD.Second,it summarizes related domestic and foreign researches about the correlation,threshold and influencing factors between ONSD and intracranial hypertension.Meanwhile,it analyzes the advantages and limitations of ultrasonic measurement ONSD technology.Third,it discusses the clinical application prospects of ultrasound measurement of ONSD as a tool for screening and continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure(ICP)changes.
