丘和明治疗特发性骨髓纤维化的经验

摘要 总结丘和明教授治疗特发性骨髓纤维化(idiopathic myelofibrosis,IMF)的临证经验,并针对IMF进行中医病因病机和治则治法的探讨。丘和明教授认为IMF病机总属“本虚标实”,以肾虚肝郁为本,痰瘀互结为标,结合临床用药经验,提出了补肾填精、疏肝行气、燥湿化痰、活血祛瘀、和顾护脾胃等基本治法,分三期论治,分别为早期(攻邪消散期)、进展期(扶正祛邪期)和后期(顾护正气期),以期为IMF临床诊治提供新思路。
