摘要
目的针对血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白表达与青中年初诊冠心病患者病情进展速度的相关性及潜在影响因素进行研究。方法抽取2015年5月—2019年5月新乡医学院第一附属医院心内科收治的中青年冠心病患者230例作为研究对象。全部实验对象均在入院1 d后空腹12 h经肘正中静脉取血2 ml置于抗凝管中,4度离心10 min取血浆,采用酶联免疫分析法检测血浆中血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白表达含量。研究中收集受试患者治疗前以及治疗后相关超声检查重要指标。同时测定患者6分钟步行距离(6-minute walk distance,6MWD),并评定生存质量。结果治疗前两组之间LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD和6MWD水平无显着差异,治疗后所有患者的6MWD明显增高,LVEDD、LVESD明显降低。其中LVEF和6MWD观察组治疗后水平更高,LVEDD、LVESD治疗后观察组水平更低(P<0.05)。同时患者的生活质量评定也提示两组患者治疗后均有所提升,而观察组提升更多。结论高水平的血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白表达与青中年初诊冠心病患者病情进展速度的加快存在相关性。
Objective To study the correlation and potential influencing factors between the expression of platelet-granulosa protein and the rate of disease progression in young and middle-aged patients with newly diagnosed coronary heart disease.Methods 230 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Cardiology in the hospital from May,2015 to May,2019 were selected as the research object.2 ml of blood was collected from the median cubital vein 12 hours after admission to the hospital and placed in an anticoagulant tube.The plasma was collected after centrifugation at 4 degrees for 10 min.The expression of platelet-granulosa membrane protein in the plasma was detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay.In the study,important indicators of ultrasound examination before and after treatment were collected.Meanwhile,patients’6-minute walk distance(6 MWD)was measured,and their quality of life was assessed.Results There was no significant difference in LVEF,LVEF,LVESD,BNP,NT-pro BNP and 6 MWD levels between the two groups before treatment.Among them,the LVEF and 6 MWD observation group had higher levels after treatment,while the LVEDD,LVESD,BNP and NT-pro BNP observation group had lower levels after treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,patients’quality of life rating also suggested that both groups improved after treatment,while the observation group improved even more.Conclusion The high level of platelet-granulosa protein expression was correlated with the accelerated disease progression in young and middle-aged patients with newly diagnosed coronary heart disease.
