摘要
哈罗德·拉斯韦尔将传播的基本社会功能概括为三个方面:环境监视功能、社会协调功能和社会遗产传承功能。本文在审视新冠肺炎疫情期间大众传媒社会功能的基础上,结合哈罗德·拉斯韦尔"传播三功能说",提出大众传媒在实现环境监视功能时,在突发公共卫生事件中要有准确的角色定位;在实现社会协调功能时,要勇于担当作为,主动承担沟通、协调责任;在实现社会遗产传承功能方面,要在突发公共卫生事件中积极创新作为,传承、弘扬、创造更多文化成果。
Harold Lasswell generalizes the basic social function of comm uni cati on into three aspects:surveilla nee of the environment,correlation of the parts of society,and transmission of the social heritage.This study,on the basis of exam in ing the social function of the mass media during the epidemic period,and combining Harold Ldswell's"three functions of communiedtion",puts forward that the mass media should have an accurate role in the public health emergency when it realizes the surveillance of the environment;take the courage to act,and take the initiative to assume social responsibility when it realizes the correlation of the parts of society;and actively innovate and act in the public health emergency to inherit,carry forward and create more cultural achievements in realizing the transmission of the social heritage.
