摘要
目的:探讨血清溶酶体相关膜蛋白2A(LAMP-2A)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平在原发性胆汁性胆管炎中的表达及临床意义。方法:以2017-06—2019-05就诊的原发性胆汁性胆管炎患者200例为研究对象,根据肝穿刺活检病理分期结果分为临床前期组(52例),无症状期组(46例),症状期组(51例)及失代偿期组(51例),选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,均行血清LAMP-2A、ALT、AST水平检测,比较各组血清LAMP-2A、ALT、AST水平,并分析其与病情发展的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,其他组患者的LAMP-2A、ALT、AST水平显著增高,且随着胆汁性胆管炎病理分期的加重,LAMP-2A、ALT、AST指标随之升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson分析,LAMP-2A与ALT、AST均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:随着原发性胆汁性胆管炎患者病理分期的增加,血清LAMP-2A、ALT、AST水平均呈上升趋势,且LAMP-2A水平变化与ALT、AST呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of serum lysosomal associated membrane protein 2 A(LAMP-2 A),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in primary biliary cholangitis.Method:A total of 200 patients with primary biliary cholangitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pathological staging results of liver biopsy,the patients were divided into preclinical group(n=52),asymptomatic group(n=46),symptom group(n=51)and decompensated group(n=51).During the same period,50 healthy people were selected as the control group.Serum LAMP-2 A,ALT,and AST levels were measured in all patients.Serum levels of LAMP-2 A,ALT,and AST were compared between the two groups and their correlation with disease progression was analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the levels of LAMP-2 A,ALT and AST in the preclinical group,the asymptomatic group,the symptomatic group and the decompensated group were significantly higher,and the pathological stage of biliary cholangitis was aggravated.LAMP-2 A,ALT,AST indicators increased(P<0.05).According to Pearson analysis,LAMP-2 A was positively correlated with ALT and AST(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of pathological stage in patients with primary biliary cholangitis,serum LAMP-2 A,ALT and AST levels rised,and the changes of LAMP-2 A levels were positively correlated with ALT and AST.
