摘要
利用声发射(AE)检测技术,对核电主设备SA508低合金钢焊缝疲劳裂纹的萌生、扩展和断裂阶段进行特征识别研究。对SA508低合金钢焊缝试样进行循环加载,模拟焊缝疲劳裂纹产生过程;采用DSP信号采集系统,采集得到不同阶段的声发射特征。研究发现:1)裂纹在不同阶段下声发射信号的时域特征与理论研究相符;2)在频域下,裂纹萌生、扩展阶段的声发射信号频率成分主要集中在430 kHz以内,断裂阶段出现更高的频率成分;3)幅度、持续时间、上升时间、振铃计数、能量这五个特征参数在不同阶段变化显著,可用于不同阶段下声发射信号的识别。
Acoustic emission(AE)detection technology is used to carry out a study on the identification characteristics in the initiation,propagation and fracture stages of fatigue cracks of welds in the SA508 low-alloy steel of nuclear power main equipment.The welding samples of SA508 low-alloy steel are cyclic loaded to simulate the emerging process of fatigue crack of welds.The acoustic emission characteristics of different stages are acquired by using DSP signal acquisition system.The results show that:1)the time-domain characteristics of acoustic emission signals at different stages of cracks are consistent with the theoretical study;2)in the frequency domain,the frequency components of acoustic emission signals in the stage of crack initiation and propagation are mainly concentrated within 430 kHz,and a higher frequency component appears in the fracture stage;5 characteristic parameters i.e.the amplitude,duration time,rise time,ring count and energy change significantly in different stages,which can be used to identify acoustic emission signals in different stages.
