摘要
目的探讨尼可地尔联合阿司匹林治疗心肌缺血的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年10月我院收治的110例心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,各55例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,研究组给予尼可地尔联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的67.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ST段压低次数减少,ST段压低总持续时间缩短,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的心肌缺血总负荷均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SV、LVPS、LVEF及hs-CRP水平均显著改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率为9.1%,显著低于对照组的41.8%(P<0.05)。结论尼可地尔联合阿司匹林治疗心肌缺血患者的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的心电图情况及心功能指标,降低hs-CRP水平及不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nicorandil combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 110 patients with myocardial ischemia admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin treatment,and the study group was given nicorandil combined with aspirin treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.4%,which was significanty higher than 67.3%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the times of ST segment depression in the two groups reduced,and the total duration of ST segment depression shortened,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total myocardial ischemic load in the two groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SV,LVPS,LVEF and hs-CRP level in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.1%,which was significantly lower than 41.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the electrocardiogram and cardiac function indicators,reduce the level of hs-CRP and the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
