摘要
介绍了高强度钢零件的数控加工工艺方法,阐述了在加工过程中的变形控制。通过对典型零件的加工试制,总结了包括工艺流程制定、加工刀具选择、切削参数设定、定位方法、装夹方式和基准选择等在内的该类零件数控制造工艺及变形控制方法。
The numerical control machining process of high-strength steel parts is introduced,and the deformation control in the machining process is described.Through the processing trial of typical parts,the number control manufacturing process and deformation control methods of this kind of parts are summarized,including the formulation of process flow,the selection of machining tools,the setting of cutting parameters,the positioning method,the clamping methodand the selection of reference.
