摘要
劳动力是生产要素中主要的投入要素,是经济发展的重要源泉,未来经济增长速度会受劳动力供给潜力的直接影响。本文运用ARMA模型,借助Eviews软件,对我国劳动力供给进行短期预测,发现劳动力供给呈下降趋势,未来可能出现劳动力供需矛盾。
Labor is the main input factor of production factors.Labor is also an important source of economic development.The rate of future economic growth will be directly affected by the labor supply potential.In this paper,ARMA model and Eviews software are used to make a short-term forecast of China's labor supply.The study finds a downward trend in the supply of labor.There may be a contradiction between supply and demand of labor in the future.
