基于STM32的电动洗胃机校准装置的设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 目的:针对目前各大医院内电动洗胃机校准困难这一现状,研制了一种电动洗胃机校准装置。方法:该装置以STM32单片机作为处理核心,由压力传感器和流量计接入主管路并采集电动洗胃机液体介质的参数,经过处理后发送至显示屏进行显示以及记录,实现电动洗胃机输出的最大压力、平均流量等重要参数的自动校准,并可由上位机软件进行数据显示、存储和打印具有校准信息的报表。结果:标定实验结果表明,该校准装置的示值误差小于0.5%。结论:该装置在对电动洗胃机进行校准时方便快捷,校准效率高,具有较高的实际应用价值。 Aims:In view of the current difficulties in the calibration of electric gastric lavage machines in major hospitals,a calibration device for electric gastric lavage machines was developed.Methods:The device used STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the processing core.The pressure sensor and flow meter were connected to the main line;and the parameters of the liquid medium of the electric gastric lavage machine were collected.After processing,they were sent to the display screen for display and recording to realize the output of the electric gastric lavage machine.The maximum pressure,the average flow rate and other important parameters could be automatically calibrated;and the data could be displayed,stored and printed with calibration information by the host computer software.Results:The experimental results showed that the display error of the device was less than 0.5%.Conclusions:A convenient and quick tool to calibrate the electric gastric lavage machine,the device has high calibration efficiency and high practical application value.
