摘要
以甜菊苷为原料,经水解、酯化、Fischer法合成了11个新型异斯特维醇吲哚衍生物3a^3k。探索出水解反应的中试条件,开发了石油醚/乙酸乙酯混合溶剂法重结晶精制化合物2,Fischer吲哚合成法合成的目标产物收率为64%~93%,结构经1H NMR、HR-MS和FT-IR表征。
Eleven novel isosteviol-indole derivatives 3a^3k were synthesized by acid hydrolysis,esterification and Fischer reactions from stevioside.The pilot-scale experimental conditions for the hydrolysis reaction was explored,and compound 2 was refined by the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as mixed solvent.The yields of target products 3a^3k,synthesized by Fischer method,were 64%~93%.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,HR-MS and FT-IR.
