广东省电子废弃物产生量预测及管理策略研究 被引量:2

Estimation of Generation Amount and Analysis of Management Strategy on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Guangdong Province

摘要 采用消费与使用法、市场价值法及污染系数法,预测广东省五类家用电子废弃物产生量及资源回收的环境经济效益。结果表明2025年,广东省电子废弃物总量将达36.40万吨,若完全被规范回收利用,可节约640.30万吨金属矿和86.03万吨煤炭资源,同时,减少879.26万吨废水、338.94万吨废气、550.74万吨废渣、3.96万吨重金属和24.02万吨温室气体(以CO2-eq计)的排放,经济贡献可达895.97亿元。应以“无废城市”建设为载体,建立区域信息共享平台,打造创新整合的绿色供应链。 Based on the“Consumption and Use”method,market value method and pollution coefficient method,this study predicted the amount of five major e-wastes'generation,and evaluated the environmental and economic benefits of resource recovery in Guangdong province.The results show that,in 2025,the total weight of e-waste will reach 36.40×104 tons.If the e-waste is completely recycled,it can save 640.30×104 million tons of metal ore and 86.03×104 tons of coal resources.At the same time,it can reduce the discharges of 879.26×104 tons of waste water,338.94×104 tons of waste gas,550.74×104 tons of waste residue,3.96×104 tons of heavy metals and 24.02×104 tons of greenhouse gases(calculated as CO2-eq).The economical contribution can be reached to 895.97×108 yuan.In the future,it is necessary combine with the construction of“zero-waste city”,establishing a regional information sharing platform,thus to create an innovative and integrated green supply chain.
