摘要
罗望子树经济价值高,果实酸甜可口,种子中木葡聚糖含量高达60%。罗望子木葡聚糖是目前已经可商业化量产的木葡聚糖(XG),具有独特的流变性质和胶凝性能,以及良好的黏膜黏附性能,其较低的成本相比其他多糖更具开发优势。在食品领域,XG是优质的膳食纤维和食品添加剂。通过酶法部分去除侧链的XG能形成特殊的温敏型凝胶,在医药材料领域具有巨大的发展潜力。XG具有非致癌性、生物相容性、高持药能力、高热稳定性及抗炎特性等特点,在黏膜保护、药物缓释以及伤口敷料等领域具有良好的应用价值,其在医药领域中的应用更是当前XG的研究热点。此外,罗望子木葡聚糖与纤维素具有天然的高亲和力,已广泛应用于纤维素改性中。由于XG结构特殊且复杂,因此有关其高分子精细结构以及结构与性质关系的研究尚不深入。笔者首先详细介绍了罗望子木葡聚糖的结构和性质研究现状及独特的凝胶性能;其次,对罗望子木葡聚糖在食品、医药、纤维素改性等领域的应用研究进展进行了概述;最后分析了罗望子木葡聚糖研究中的不足,并探讨了其进一步的研究与应用发展前景。
Tamarindus indica L.has high economic value,and is widely distributed around the world,especially in India,Bangladesh,Thailand and Indonesia in Asia.Tamarind can produce pods of 150-300 kg per plant,and the fruiting period can be more than 200 years.The fruit is famous for its sweet and sour taste,and the content of xyloglucan in its seed is up to 60%.At present,Tamarind xyloglucan(XG) is a kind of xyloglucan that can be commercially produced in large quantities.It has unique rheological properties,gelation properties and distinguished mucosal adhesion properties.In the food field,it is high quality dietary fiber and food additives(as artificial stabilizers,thickeners,and gelling agents).Xyloglucan has advantages of non-carcinogenicity,biocompatibility,high drug-holding capacity,high thermal stability and anti-inflammatory,therefore can be used as drug delivery carrier and wound dressing in the medical field.In vitro experiments and clinical studies have shown that the XG mucosal protective agents have good therapeutic effects on gastrointestinal diseases,urinary tract infections,nasal respiratory diseases and dry eyes.In addition,by enzymatically removing partial side chains,the degalactosylated XG can form unique thermo-responsive gel,and was developed as biodegradable and injectable thermo-reversible XG based hydrogel for prevention of postoperative adhesion and was considered for the potential medical applications.Its application in the field of medicine is the current research hotspot of XG.Moreover,XG exhibits strong affinity to cellulose,and has been widely used in cellulose modification.XG is also an effective inducer of plant antitoxin.It can be used as a biological insecticide to reduce the wilt of crops caused by pathogens,so as to promote plant growth,therefore has potential application value in agriculture.The use of natural materials instead of petroleum-based materials is of great significance to the sustainable development of society.XG has unique performance,and the industrial chain of which has
