高温材料在金属熔液液位探测方面的应用

摘要 铝加工和铸造行业有熔炼铝合金的工艺环节,熔炼后的铝合金熔液需按工艺流程在不同的设备间流动,流入型腔后完成结晶得到最终产品。铝液流动的过程中,考虑安全和对铝液流速控制,需要探测铝液液位。就两个方向讨论铝液液位的探测,分析使用高温耐火材料作为铝液液位探测的方法。 The process of smelting aluminum alloy is required in aluminum processing and casting industry and the molten aluminum alloy after melting should flow between different equipment according to the technological process.Soon after the molten aluminum alloy liquid flowing into the cavity,crystallization is completed and the final product is obtained.In the process of liquid aluminum flow,it is necessary to detect the liquid aluminum level in consideration of safety and control of liquid aluminum flow rate.This thesis discusses the detection of liquid aluminum level in two ways,and analyzes the method of detecting liquid aluminum level by using high temperature refractory.
