社会力量参与图书馆总分馆建设研究——以洛阳市少年儿童图书馆实践为例 被引量:9

摘要 为适应社会环境变化对于公共文化服务带来的挑战,洛阳市少年儿童图书馆从2016年起开始与社区、乡镇政府、中小学学校、房地产企业等社会力量开展合作,相继建成分馆21家,初步形成了总分馆服务体系,进一步创新了服务模式,扩大了洛阳市少年儿童图书馆的服务范围,有效提高了服务质量,受到读者的广泛好评,产生了良好的社会影响,也为图书馆探索新的公共文化服务路径提供了借鉴。 In order to adapt to the challenges brought by social environment changes to public cultural services,Luoyang Children’s Library has been cooperating with communities,township governments,primary and secondary schools,real estate enterprises and other social forces since 2016,as well as successively built 21 branches,initially forming a service system of the general-branch library,further innovating the service models,expanding the service scope of Luoyang Children’s Library,and effectively improving the service qualities,which have been widely praised by readers and produced good social impacts.The research provides the reference for libraries to explore new public cultural service paths.
