摘要
通过对突发事件类型、特征和处置的概述,以南京图书馆应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的主要举措为例,归纳了疫情防控与事业发展统筹推进的初步经验,探讨了突发公共事件下图书馆应急服务的机制、组织与管理,提出了疫情防控常态化下图书馆应急服务保障能力建设的思路与对策。
The paper firstly summarizes the types,characteristics and disposal of emergencies.Then,taking the main measures taken by the Nanjing Library in response to COVID-19 epidemic as an example,the paper summarizes the initial experience of the coordinated development of the epidemic prevention and control and the library cause,probes into the mechanism,organization and management of libraries’emergency services in public emergencies,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of emergency service guarantee abilities of libraries under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
