摘要
为研究矿井大尺寸巷道瓦斯爆炸传播规律以及障碍物对于瓦斯爆炸的影响,利用fluent软件建立了矿井巷道二维模型,研究瓦斯体积分数为9.5%时瓦斯爆炸传播规律。研究结果表明:爆炸从25 ms开始反应,6 ms后反应完毕,火焰传播速度可达到400 m/s,最高温度可达3200 K,巷道中心测点最高温度达2155.5 K,反应完成之后巷道最高温度维持在1910 K左右,瓦斯爆炸冲击波最大值为1.08 MPa;障碍物存在时,障碍物处冲击波迅速增大,障碍物位置越靠近爆炸位置,超压越大,同一位置不同形状障碍物,圆形障碍物冲击波超压最小。
In order to study the propagation law of gas explosion in large size mine tunnel and the influence of obstacles on gas explosion,the two-dimensional model of mine tunnel was established by Fluent software,and the gas explosion propagation law was studied when the gas volume fraction was 9.5%.The results show that the reaction starts at 25 ms and reaction ends after 6 ms.The flame propagation speed reaches 400 m/s,the highest temperature reaches 3200 K,the highest temperature at the central measuring point of the mine tunnel reaches 2155.5 K.After the reaction,the highest temperature of the mine tunnel remains around 1910 K,and the maximum value of gas explosion shock wave is 1.08 MPa.When an obstacle exists,the shock wave at the obstacle increases rapidly.The closer the obstacle is to the explosion position,the higher the overpressure will be.For obstacles of different shapes in the same position,the smallest overpressure will be found in the round obstacle.
