计及三主体竞价的综合能源系统日前迭代出清策略 被引量:3

摘要 为解决竞争性市场环境下如何有序协调综合能源系统各主体日前出清问题,提出一种三主体交互迭代的联合竞价出清策略。首先介绍参与竞价出清的构成主体以及各自的职能和作用。其次给出产能基地与上级电网基于报价逐轮竞争售电权、运营商与用户集群通过能价和负荷调整量制衡主动电热需求响应的多轮迭代竞价出清策略。然后具体分析三主体在该竞价机制下实现自身利益的方法与可行性,并分别构建各主体竞价模型,包括三者的目标函数及构成要素、用户集群的主动电热需求响应损失函数及约束条件、产能基地与运营商的定价函数及约束条件。最后通过算例仿真分析三主体的竞价出清计划和经济效益,表明该策略可引导综合能源系统各主体在竞争性市场环境下保持良性运作,从而验证本文所提策略的可行性和有效性。 In an attempt to solve the problem of how to orderly coordinate each agent in the integrated energy system to clear ahead in a competitive market environment,a three-agent joint bidding and clearing strategy based on interactive iteration is proposed.Firstly,the constitutive agents involved in bidding and clearing are introduced with their respective functions and roles.Then,a multiple-round iterative bidding and clearing strategy is given,in which the production base and the superior grid compete for the right to sell power by round based on quotation,and the operators and the user groups balance active electrothermal demand through energy prices and load adjustment quantity.Hereafter,the method and feasibility of the three agents are analyzed specifically to realize their own interests under the bidding mechanism.The bidding models for each agent are constructed,including the objective functions and constituent elements of three agents,the loss function of the active electrothermal demand response and its constraints of the user groups,and the pricing function and its constraints of the production base and the operator.Finally,a simulation example is used to analyze the clearing plan and economic benefit of the three agents,showing that the strategy can guide each agent of the integrated energy system to maintain a healthy operation in a competitive market environment,thereby the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper is verified.
