摘要
目的探讨肩胛上神经阻滞治疗急性期肩周炎的临床疗效及对肩关节功能、疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的96例急性期肩周炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组进行针灸治疗,研究组进行肩岬上神经阻滞治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、炎症因子指标和Melle评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后疼痛评分、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平和Melle评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于传统针灸疗法,肩岬上神经阻滞治疗急性期肩周炎不仅可减轻患者疼痛程度,还可降低炎症因子指标和改善患者肩关节功能。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of suprascapular nerve block in treating acute scapulohumeral periarthritis and its effect on shoulder joint function and pain.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,96 patients with acute scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,while the study group was treated with suprascapular nerve block.The efficacy,pain scores,indexes of inflammatory factor and Melle scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-8 levels and Melle scores of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion,the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis with suprascapular nerve block can not only reduce the degree of pain for the patients,but also lower the indexes of inflammatory factor and improve the patients'shoulder joint function.
