永磁电机电磁-温度-流体耦合计算模型简化方法 被引量:1

摘要 采用多物理场耦合计算方法能够明显提高电机温升的预测精度,但是其高昂的计算成本限制了此类计算方法的应用。针对永磁电机电磁-温度-流体耦合问题,首先,通过推导定转子坐标系下电机内部电磁场时空分布规律确定了电磁计算的最短时间;然后,根据电磁损耗分布规律得到了温度-流体场简化计算模型;最后,以一台分数槽永磁电机为算例,实现了耦合计算模型的简化。结果表明:该方法可在保证计算精度的前提下使耦合场总计算时间大幅减少。 The multiphysics coupling method can improve the accuracy of temperature prediction.However,the application of the method was enslaved by its high computational cost.A simplified method was proposed for electromagnetic-thermal-fluidic analysis of permanent magnet machines.Firstly,the magnetic field distribution law in the stator and rotor reference frame was derived.The law was helpful for reducing electromagnetic computation time and simplifying thermal-fluidic model.Secondly,the law was verified by a fractional slot permanent magnet machine and the coupling model of the machines was simplified.Finally,the coupling field was calculated by taking a generator condition as an example.The result shows that the proposed method greatly reduce the computation time under the premise of ensuring the accuracy.
