摘要
为了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生期间,陕西民办高校大学生的心理应激反应及各高校采取的干预机制,为以后的突发公共卫生事件中制定相关心理干预策略提供参考依据。本文运用问卷星平台,采用5个量表对1937名学生进行问卷调查。结果发现大学生的焦虑与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.191**,P<0.01),大学生的焦虑与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.042,P<0.01),焦虑与社会支持程度呈负相关(r=-0.14,P<0.01)。大学生的抑郁与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.214**,P<0.01),抑郁与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.441,P<0.01),抑郁与社会支持程度呈负相关(r=-0.21,P<0.01)。结论:在疫情期间,大学生群体出现了不同程度的心理应激反应,焦虑、抑郁症状的发生率较高,高校应重视大学生的心理健康状况,积极引导学生应对疫情带来的影响,增加社会支持,改善学生的焦虑、抑郁状态,促进大学生健康成长成才。
To understand COVID-19 during the outbreak of the Shaanxi college students'psychological stress reaction and intervention mechanism in universities,to provide reference for future public health emergencies in the formulation of psychological intervention strategies.Using platform“Questionnaire Star”platform,1937 students were investigated with 5 scales.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between anxiety and positive coping style(r=-0.191**,P<0.01),a positive correlation between anxiety and negative coping style(r=-0.191**,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between anxiety and social support(r=-0.14,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between depression and positive coping style(r=-0.214**,P<0.01),a positive correlation between depression and negative coping style(r=0.441,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between depression and social support(r=-0.21,P<0.01).Conclusion:during the epidemic period,college students have different degrees of psychological stress reaction,and the incidence of anxiety and depression is high.Colleges should pay attention to the mental health of students,actively guide students to deal with the impact of the epidemic,increase social support,improve students'anxiety and depression,and promote their healthy growth and development.
