摘要
目的探讨神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血的护理方法及效果。方法将我院收集2017年5月—2019年10月的60例神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血患者,随机分组,常规的手术护理组用常规的手术护理方法,全方位手术护理组进行全方位手术护理干预。比较效果。结果全方位手术护理组神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血治疗效果、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分、汉密尔顿抑郁评分、肢体功能评分、手术出血总量、手术耗时、神经内镜手术后住院天数方面比较常规的手术护理组更好,P<0.05。结论神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血患者实施全方位手术护理措施效果确切。
