摘要
目的分析早产儿实施早期干预对降低脑瘫发生率作用。方法选择在本院进行分娩的80例早产儿为研究样本,其研究时间为2017年6月—2019年6月。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(40例)以及试验组(40例),予以常规组早产儿基础干预措施,采取传统喂养方式以及保健指导,予以试验组早产儿早期干预措施,于早产儿出生后早期对其进行综合干预措施。对比每组早产儿出生6个月时体格发育指标以及脑瘫总发生率。结果试验组早产儿出生6个月时身高、体质量、头围以及胸围长度均高于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与常规组早产儿脑瘫总发生率分别是2.50%、17.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿实施早期干预措施可降低脑瘫发生率,促进早产儿机体正常生长发育。
Objective To analyze the early interventions on lower occurrences of cerebral palsy.Methods 80 premature infants treated from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were chosen as research samples.According to random tabulation method,infants were classified into routine group(40 cases)and test group(40 cases).The routine group was taken the basic interventions,conventional feeding modes and health care guidance;the test group was taken the early and comprehensive nursing interventions.After 6 months of delivery,physical development index and overall occurrences of cerebral palsy were compared.Results After 6 months of delivery,the values of neonatal height,weight,head circumference and chest circumference in the test group were larger than those in the routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the overall occurrences of cerebral palsy in the test group and routine group were 2.50%and 17.50%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The early interventions can reduce the occurrences of cerebral palsy and promote the children’s healthy growth.
