摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗玻璃体积血的临床效果。方法:抽取本院2018年1月—2019年1月接收治疗的84例玻璃体积血患者为观察对象,入院时随机的分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上另辨证予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。对两组玻璃体积血吸收、疗效和生活质量进行比较。结果:观察组玻璃体积血吸收率明显比对照组高,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,且各项生活质量评分也均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗玻璃体积血疗效显著,吸收率高,缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in adjuvant therapy for 84 cases of vitreous hemorrhage.Methods:84 patiens vitreous hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2018 to Januanry 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,42 cases each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with routine western medicine therapy.The clinical efficacy and absorption of vitreous hemorrhage and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The vitreous hemorrhage absorbtion rate of the study group was statistically better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Total effect of the study group was statistically superior to the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the adjuvant treatment for vitreous hemorrhage with a high absorption rate,and it could shorten the course,and reduce the suffering of patients,and was worthy of clinical use.
