基于数控机床FMECA与改进RPN的系统危害性评价方法 被引量:7

摘要 数控机床的正常有效运行,需要时刻关注着机床各个部位的情况。通过从企业内部采集到的数控机床数据,对数控机床的各个系统进行可靠性分析,研究每个子系统存在的故障类型故障、故障模式与故障原因,确定其对机床整体功能的影响。并通过FMECA分析计算方法和改进后的RPN系统危害性的分析方法找出数控机床各个系统的薄弱位置,了解各个故障对数控机床的整体影响程度,最终得出数控机床的可靠性信息。研究结果表明,该方法能较为准确地找出机床的主要故障部位,并针对这些故障部位提出相应的预防措施与解决方案,从而提高机床的运行寿命。 It is necessary to pay attention to the situation of various parts of the CNC machine tool at all times.Through the CNC machine tool data collected from inside the enterprise,the reliability analysis of each system of the CNC machine tool is carried out to study the type of failure,failure mode and failure cause of each subsystem,and determine its impact on the overall function of the machine tool.And through FMECA analysis and calculation method and improved RPN system hazard analysis method to find the weak position of each system of CNC machine tools,understand the overall impact of various failures on CNC machine tools,and finally obtain the reliability information of CNC machine tools.The research results show that this method can find out the main fault parts of the machine tool more accurately,and put forward corresponding preventive measures and solutions to these fault parts,so as to improve the operating life of the machine tool.
