摘要
测试静态环境下履带自走式稻麦联合收割机的耳位噪声,并将数据进行不确定度的分析评定,用标准差和变异系数来量化分析离散情况。使用RWLS-1型农机振动测试仪对收割机各振动部件进行测量。分析处理数据,对振动较大部件进行改进,并再次测量耳位噪声,进行不确定度分析,为收割机和其它田间作业农机减小振动和噪声提供方案和数据支持。
This paper tests the noise of a crawler self-propelled rice-wheat combine harvester in a static environment.The uncertainty of the data is analyzed and evaluated.The standard deviation and coefficient of variation are used to quantify the dispersion.The RWLS-1 agricultural machinery vibration tester was used to measure the vibration components of the harvester,and the test data were analyzed.The parts with greater vibration were improved,and then the noise was measured again for uncertainty analysis.This study provides solutions and data support for harvesters and other agricultural machinery for field operations to reduce vibration and noise.
