摘要
基于某建筑工程既有地基基础加固,以实验研究详细分析了微型钢管桩加固沉降基础技术的重要作用与实践应用。研究结果表明,微型钢管混凝土桩加固与水泥压密注浆加固都能实现在此建筑工程地基基础加固中的应用,而综合对比分析,微型钢管混凝土桩加固阻止基础沉降效果更显著,可靠性与稳定性良好,沉降基础施工工艺可在很大程度上满足建筑施工现场具体条件与要求,且对于周围邻近基础位移影响较小,可直接忽略,同时加固处理成本更具经济性,因此值得大力推广与广泛实践应用;通过现场基础加固处理试验,表明微型钢管桩基础加固沉降基础技术极具可靠性,施工工艺科学可行。
Based on the reinforcement of the existing foundation of a construction project,the important role and practical application of the settlement foundation technology reinforced by miniature steel pipe pile are analyzed in detail by experimental research.Research results show that the micro steel tube reinforced concrete pile and cement compaction grouting reinforcement can be implemented in the building foundation reinforcement,comprehensive comparative analysis shows that the reinforcement of micro-steel concrete-filled steel tube piles has a more significant effect in preventing foundation settlement,and the reliability and stability are good,settlement of foundation construction technology can largely to meet the construction site specific conditions and requirements,and has little impact on the surrounding adjacent foundation displacement,which can be directly to ignore,and at the same time strengthening processing cost is much more economical,so it is worthy of vigorous promotion and extensive practical application.Through the field test of foundation reinforcement treatment,it is shown that the settlement foundation technology of miniature steel pipe pile foundation reinforcement is very reliable,the construction technology is scientific and feasible.
