摘要
由于工具理性的僭越和价值理性的缺失,高校学生资助育人工作长期处于不平衡不充分状态。要增强高校资助育人的实效性,就必须在资助工作中实现价值转向,在价值理性的规约下统合资助目的与资助手段,均衡资助效用与实现教育公平,创新资助育人的途径和方式,把人文关怀融入大数据信息系统应用中,努力提升学生资助工作的有效性,实现价值理性和工具理性的和谐统一、功能互补。
Due to the overstepping of tool rationality and the lack of value rationality,the work of student financial aid in colleges and universities has been in an unbalanced and inadequate state for a long time.To enhance the effectiveness of funding education for colleges and universities,it is necessary to realize a value shift in funding work,such as,under the regulations of value rationality,integrating purpose and methods of funding,balancing fund utility and education fairness and innovating ways and means of funding education.Furthermore,it is essential to integrate the application of big data information system and humanistic care,strive to improve the effectiveness of student financial aid,so as to achieve the harmony,unity and complementation of value rationality and tool rationality.
