摘要
体育产业统计是反映体育产业质量发展成效,进而推动体育产业高质量发展的重要支撑。而科学解读体育产业统计分类,合理界定体育产业统计范围是体育产业统计工作的前提与基础。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,以统计工作下的“体育产业”认知为研究起点,探究体育产业统计分类的内在逻辑,并以内在逻辑为基础,对我国体育产业统计范围的边界控制问题进行分析。在统计工作的规范和要求下,应以卫星账户的工具思路认识体育产业,体育产业统计应反映直接体育经济活动的规模,厘清体育产业的内在逻辑是认知体育产业的前提。从产业动态演化视角看,“体育产业分类体系”应反映体育产业演化与分类的过程与结果。基于需求和分工这两大推动体育产业发展与演进的动力源,体育产业可划分为基础体育产业与延伸体育产业。基础体育产业对应满足“一个核心与两个基础体育需求”的产业内容,延伸体育产业对应因体育需求延伸与专业化分工而形成的产业内容。体育引致产业对应间接与引致的体育经济活动,应不属于体育产业的范畴。“体育特有产品”这一概念可用于界定体育产业的边界。为更合理地控制我国体育产业统计范围,应再审视对体育产业统计的认知,避免统计数据崇拜;对现行体育产业统计分类进行再完善,对属于体育引致产业的内容进行再斟酌;在科学建设体育产业单位名录库时,注意具体体育产品或服务的明确释义与剥离标准问题。
Scientific interpretation of the sport industry statistical classification and rational definition of the scope of sports industry statistics are the premise and basis of sports industry statistics.Through literature review,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper starts off from the understanding of“sports industry”under statistical analysis to explore the inherent logic of statistical classification of the sports industry.On the basis of that,it addresses the boundary control issue pertaining to the scope of sports industry statistics.The norms and requirements of statistics suggest understanding the sports industry from the perspective of satellite accounts.Sports industry statistics should reflect the scale of direct sports economic activities.Clarifying the inherent logic of sports industry is the prerequisite for understanding the sports industry.From the perspective of industry dynamic evolution,the“sports industry classification system”should reflect the process and results of the evolution and classification of the sports industry.Based on demand and division of labor,the two major sources of momentum to promote the development and evolution of the sports industry,the sports industry can be divided into two sections:the basic sports in⁃dustry and the extended sports industry.The former corresponds to the industrial content that satisfies“one core and two basic sports needs”,while the latter matches the one formed by the extension of demand and the specialization of labor.The sports-induced industry that correlates to the indirect or induced sports economic activities should not be included in the sports industry.The concept o“f sports specific products”can be applied to define the boundaries of the sports industry.In order to control the scope of China's sports industry statistics more rationally,we should re-examine our understanding of statistics in sports indus⁃try and avoid statistical data worship.Also,the current classification of sports industry statistics should be
