摘要
为探讨自制苦连柏液熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后疼痛、水肿等症状的疗效,将300例痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。观察组采用自制苦连柏液熏洗坐浴,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴。对比两组术后患者水肿、疼痛、渗出物与创面愈合情况及疗效。结果显示,观察组各症状消失时间均短于对照组;总有效率为91.33%,高于对照组的77.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,痔术后应用自制苦连柏液熏洗坐浴,可明显缓解术后并发症,促进创面愈合,提高临床疗效。
This study was to investigate the effect of hemorrhoids patients’postoperative complication treated with self-developed Kulianbai liquid(shortly named as KLB)fuming-wash sitz bath,randomly divided 300 hemorrhoids patients who had received surgery into observation group(150 cases,adopted KLB for fuming-wash sitz)and control group(150 cases,PP solution for doing so);then,compared both groups’effect,as well as the status on edema,pain,exudation,and wound-surface healing.As results,in the total effective rate(91.33%vs 77.33%)observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);in the time for above-mentioned all symptoms disappeared observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Results show that self-developed KLB for fuming-wash sitz bath can distinctly relieve postoperative complication,promote wound-surface healing,thus enhance effect.
