摘要
衬板更换是影响矿用磨机作业率的重要因素,目前大型磨机已普遍采用衬板机械手来提升更换效率。通过对衬板机械手的发展情况进行简述,在分析矿用磨机更换衬板的基础上,对目前普遍应用的机械手进行了分析,并根据技术进化定律,提出柔性化和智能化将是今后衬板机械手的发展趋势。
The liner replacement is the most important factor affecting the productivity of the grinding mill.At present,the liner handler was commonly applied to enhance the liner replacement efficiency of the large-scale mill.After the overview of the development status of the liner handler,the paper analyzed the commonly used handlers at present based on the liner replacement of the mine-used mill.After that,according to the technical evolution laws,it proposed the flexibility and the intelligence would be the future development trend of the liner handler.
