摘要
以冬瓜山铜矿无人驾驶运输系统多年的试验和优化,总结了无人驾驶电机车运输系统运行的条件、牵引方式的选择,列控系统、井下有线无线通信系统、装载站控制系统,视频监控系统以及转辙机、门禁等辅助控制系统关键技术在实际应用中一些经验和思考,提出了符合实际生产的技术方案,为其他地下矿山选用无人驾驶电机车运输系统提供参考。
Based on the test and optimization of the driverless transportation system in Dongguashan Copper Mine over many years,the paper analyzed the operation conditions and traction mode selection of the driverless transportation system,and then summarized some experience and thinking about the actual application of train control system,underground wired or wireless communication system,control system of loading station,video monitoring system,switching machine,access control system etc.key technology.It also proposed the technical scheme in line with the actual production,which offered reference for other underground mines to select the driverless electric locomotive transportation system.
